Austin, October 18th
Sunday, finally I could sleep until I woke up from alone. 9h sleep, wonderful.
For breakfast I had a Club Sandwich, yummi!
Then we wnet to the AIDS walk in Austin. It was hot outside! Pretty sure the hottest October I've ever had. Actually I really like it! But beeing 3h in the sun, first to listen some guys talking about AIDS and HIV, and a tranny wanted us to make warm up exercises. WARM UP there??
Then we followed MISS AMERICA through downtown.
There were lots of people walking. And some just watching or holding posters for the AIDS walk. Or passing out water.
After the walk we got an aple or a banana. A sweet, red apple. Yummi!
We were in a museum or something to read some infos about how many people have AIDS and such stuff, then there was the opportunity to get a free AIDS test or donate for AIDS researches or what know I else... I'm very sure that I'm HIV negative. I had enough blood tests the last years, the doctors would have told me if I have HIV. I wouldn't even know how I should have get it.
After the walk I invited Loran and Gary for lunch. Mexican food, again: Yummi! I love that queso.
On our way home we picked Daphanies dog from a care house up, got some cupons for the House of Torment, where I will go to next saturday and ate some ice. But not in this sequence i think.
Later I saw, that the cupons, which would save us 2$ per ticket (we will be about 10 people, so we would safe about one ticket) aren't valid on the day we want to go...
Great... But that has one good thing, I wrote Colleen a text message that I have those cupons, and later that we can't use them, and got a message back with the question, who I am. Collen gave me by mistake the number of ther dad, instead of hers. But now I have her. She don't know how that could happen. And it doesn't matter.
In the evening we watched Grease. I think I knew all of the songs in the movie, but the movie itself I didn't know.
Fot the young guys who read that and don't know the movie, Grease is like an older, better High School Musical. The actors don't look like High School Students, more than College Students.
I love the second last song: You're the one that I want!
